# Add Bidding Scopes

 **1. Access to create bidding scopes.**\
– Access to website HOUSELINK and login.\
– Click on ***My Account -> My Project.***\
– Your account must be ***Project Owner (Chủ đầu tư).***\
**2. Steps to create bidding items**\
– ***Select a project*** to create a bidding scope.

 – Click the “***Add new bidding scopes***” button.

 – Enter ***information*** about ***bidding scopes***.\
– When clicking on the “***Yes*****”** button ***Allows Alternative bids***, which means that ***Contractors, Suppliers can create their Alternative items*****,** aiming to ***offer another solution*** to the Project Owner. ***If Project Owner clicks None, Contractors and Suppliers can only bid for List of items.***

– Describe your ***expected contractors*** (***optional but you should enter information for Contractors***)

 – Enter the ***information*** about the ***bidding item***.\
\+ Click on ***the +*** at the left of the line to ***add more details.***\
\+ Enter the ***job name.***\
\+ To ***add more items***, continue to click ***the +***

 – Enter ***information*** about ***materials***.\
\+ Click on ***the +*** at the left of the line to ***add a detailed category***.\
\+ Enter the ***materials name***.\
\+ To ***add more items***, continue to click ***the +***.

 – Click “***Preview*****”** to see before public.\
– If you want to ***continue add new bidding scopes***, click “***Edit*****“***.*

 – Finally, click the “***Submit***” button to send information to us to verify, we will ***notify you*** ***when your information is verified.***
